How can you guarantee the rent?
We take on the letting and management under a signed agreement and pay your rent monthly for its term, whether or not rooms are occupied. Full terms are set out before you sign.
What happens during void periods?
Nothing changes for you. Your rent is still paid in full each month for the term of the agreement. Filling rooms is our job, and void periods are our cost, not yours.
Who lives in the property?
Vetted residents in supported or transitional housing, people who need a little extra help to live well or a settled base while they take their next step. We provide housing-related support (not personal care) and manage the home to a high standard.
What about maintenance and compliance?
We coordinate maintenance, certification and day-to-day compliance using qualified trades, working within an established registered provider's framework.
How long are agreements?
